Huska provided full civil engineering services for the owner after their home was destroyed in a fire. The project involved building a new 2-story with basement home and renovating the existing detached two-car garage. Huska was able to help the owner navigate through a complicated permit approval process with Fairfax County and VDOT. The Grading Permit was approved on the first submission and the client was able to start construction on their new home ahead of schedule.
