An existing asphalt parking lot covering two lots was demolished and in its place two 3-story with basement townhomes were constructed. Each building serves as a two unit residential apartment. Huska provided full site civil design to include the design and permitting of a 1,700+ SF permeable paver parking area and a DDOT approved curb-side bioretention facility.
